A quiet week, with no meetings at work due to vacations, and no major events. I was working to tie up loose ends before going to California for a week’s visit with my son and new grandson (born in May) who will feature heavily in Week 35. So for this week, a quiet blog from my daily life in Alicante.

I was going to meet some colleagues from my previous department for a drink in one of the bars on the waterfront. On the way, I photographed the outdoor hair salon on Plaza Puerta del Mar:

One of the trainees in my current department, Sibora (Albanian, but from Italy) is leaving us early. Friday was her last day, so as I usually do with departing trainees, I made a couple of portraits of her, first in my meeting room:
