This is something we do once a year, either in the spring or like now, at the end of the summer vacation season. The format was to spend the morning talking about strategy, plans for the coming year etc., followed by a nice long lunch.<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 6<\/em><br \/>\nThe boring part:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2010\/35alt6.jpg\" alt=\"L1002404\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 7<\/em><br \/>\nThen on to lunch.
