So the pictures are perhaps less exciting but more challenging since I had to find them in the midst of ordinary, mundane activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile walking my dog, I saw this gentleman coming to grips with new technology:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2010\/11.jpg\" alt=\"_1000571\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nAlternates<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 1<\/em><br \/>\nTo take this picture, I just had to walk out onto my terrace:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2010\/11alt1.jpg\" alt=\"_1000573\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 2<\/em><br \/>\nSandro works in our finance department. He is Italian, and this has been a good week for him. Ferrari won the first F1 race of the season, and then Inter Milan eliminated Chelsea from the Champions League:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2010\/11alt2.jpg\" alt=\"_1000576\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 3<\/em><br \/>\nSt Patrick&#8217;s day in one of our local watering holes. No big party, just a quiet evening at this particular bar:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2010\/11alt3.jpg\" alt=\"_1000577\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 4<\/em><br \/>\nFriday was a holiday here, so my wife and I went out for lunch. This is what a typical lunch in a modest restaurant starts with: good bread and salad to share:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2010\/11alt4.jpg\" alt=\"_1000583\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 5<\/em><br \/>\nAt the neighbouring table, a large family was having lunch.
