At work, we were hosting some important meetings with our stakeholders from all over the EU. In normal times, these meetings would have been held in Brussels, but these are not normal times, so they were held on Zoom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>43_1<\/strong><br \/>\nOn Sunday, my wife was playing in a golf tournament somewhere, so my daughter and I went for lunch at one of our favourite places in the area, an African restaurant called Baobab:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2020\/43_1.jpg\" alt=\"R006174\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>43_2<\/strong><br \/>\nOne of the appetisers was this green tomato stuffed with goat cheese:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2020\/43_2.jpg\" alt=\"R006169\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>43_3<\/strong><br \/>\nThen a platter of yucca, vegetable rolls and <em>krako<\/em>:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2020\/43_3.jpg\" alt=\"R006172\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>43_4<\/strong><br \/>\nMain dish was a Congolese fish dish called <em>saka saka<\/em>, totally delicious:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2020\/43_4.jpg\" alt=\"R006173\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>43_5<\/strong><br \/>\nI continued my daily cycling to places like Aig\u00c3\u00bces and Agost. On one of those rides, I liked these fluffy clouds:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2020\/43_5.jpg\" alt=\"1160713\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>43_6<\/strong><br \/>\nOn Tuesday we started three days of meetings at the office. I attended them from my own office. Here is Francisco, one of my collaborators, presenting:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2020\/43_6.jpg\" alt=\"R006179\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>43_7<\/strong><br \/>\nOne of my favourite people, Linda from the Latvian Ministry of Culture.
