I also have a separate gallery from Copenhagen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frozenlight.eu\/cph042009\" onclick=\"_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'outbound-article', 'http:\/\/www.frozenlight.eu\/cph042009', 'elsewhere']);\" >elsewhere<\/a>, but please look here first \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main<\/strong><br \/>\nThe weather was great, we were sitting at a cafe on Gammel Strand with our cappucinos and enjoying the sights:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2009\/16.jpg\" alt=\"L1004099\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nThe alternates<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 1<\/em><br \/>\nWalking down Str\u00c3\u0192\u00c2\u00b8get (the main pedestrian street), I saw this tough guy looking after a baby:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2009\/16alt1.jpg\" alt=\"L1004102\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 2<\/em><br \/>\nIn Roskilde, a nearby town, I saw this extremely well-behaved dog waiting for his human outside a shop. When she came out, the dog carried the basket (my own dog, by contrast, would stick her snout into the basket to see if there was anything edible):<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2009\/16alt2.jpg\" alt=\"L1004174\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 3<\/em><br \/>\nOne of my traditional activities in Copenhagen is to spoil the children of my friend Beata. It reads &#8220;Sarah, you are so beautiful&#8221;:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2009\/16alt5.jpg\" alt=\"L1004081\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 6<\/em><br \/>\nA poster advertising a new record has been turned into a comment on the (lack of) integration of Muslim immigrants in Denmark:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2009\/16alt6.jpg\" alt=\"L1004104\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday afternoon I flew home to Alicante.<\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 7<\/em><br \/>\nA vacant lot near my home serves a useful purpose, as several cats have taken up residence:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2009\/16alt7.jpg\" alt=\"L1004191\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Alternate 8<\/em><br \/>\nThursday afternoon my wife and I spent a couple of hours sitting in a bar on the Esplanada de Espa\u00c3\u0192\u00c2\u00b1a, drinking Guinness and watching life go by.
