So the images this week are all from the office, or from home, or from my cycling outings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>29_1<\/strong><br \/>\nI start with some cycling pictures. This is the church in the town of Agost, in the interior. The film &#8220;Birds&#8221; comes to mind:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_1.jpg\" alt=\"R004211\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_2<\/strong><br \/>\nThe town was decked out for an upcoming fiesta of some sort:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_2.jpg\" alt=\"R004209\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_3<\/strong><br \/>\nPla\u00c3\u00a7a de la Constituci\u00c3\u00b3 with the town&#8217;s patron saint:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_3.jpg\" alt=\"R004210\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_4<\/strong><br \/>\nI sat down for a Coke in a bar on the square and photographed these hot dogs at the neighbouring table:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_4.jpg\" alt=\"R004214\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_5<\/strong><br \/>\nNow to the office. On Monday, our Seconded National expert from Croatia, Nino, proudly showed the colours even though his country had lost the World Cup final to France on Sunday:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_5.jpg\" alt=\"R004218\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_6<\/strong><br \/>\nA broken window at the office:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_6.jpg\" alt=\"R004219\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_7<\/strong><br \/>\nOn Friday, our department had its pre-summer lunch at a nearby restaurant:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_7.jpg\" alt=\"R004227\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_8<\/strong><br \/>\nCarolina, animated as usual:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_8.jpg\" alt=\"R004242\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_9<\/strong><br \/>\nStephanie, solving some issue with the chef:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_9.jpg\" alt=\"R004236\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_10<\/strong><br \/>\nStephanie, relaxed:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_10.jpg\" alt=\"R004232\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_11<\/strong><br \/>\nThe pleasant ending:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_11.jpg\" alt=\"R004246\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_12<\/strong><br \/>\nNow to the feline theme. Often, when I drive off to work in the morning, I am being watched:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_12.jpg\" alt=\"R004217\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_13<\/strong><br \/>\nI feed this kitty, but she (I am not 100% sure but I think it is a she) ramains wary:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_13.jpg\" alt=\"R004275\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_14<\/strong><br \/>\nAnd gives me a menacing look when I come too close with my camera:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_14.jpg\" alt=\"R004278\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_15<\/strong><br \/>\nThese cats are about 15 km from my house, on one of my standard cycling routes:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2018\/29_15.jpg\" alt=\"R004256\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>29_16<\/strong><br \/>\nOn Saturday, my wife and I went for lunch to a local restaurant called La Palloza. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable, what&#8217;s not to like?
