Here is Carolina, expertly cutting up the <em>pulpo a la plancha<\/em>:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_2.jpg\" alt=\"DSF6604\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_3<\/strong><br \/>\nPatatas bravas and small but very tasty shellfish:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_3.jpg\" alt=\"DSF6594\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_4<\/strong><br \/>\nThe wind was blowing in:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_4.jpg\" alt=\"DSF6597\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_5<\/strong><br \/>\nTuesday night we had our monthly wine tasting at the office, this time presented by Bodegas Juan Gil. The bodeguero was knowledgeable, and the wine was good:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_5.jpg\" alt=\"DSF6605\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_6<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_6.jpg\" alt=\"DSF6606\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_7<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_7.jpg\" alt=\"DSF6610\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thursday was a public holiday, which I used for some serious biking in the mountains. I did the same on Saturday. Both days around 80 km with more than 1000 meters of climbing. Thursday was especially challenging as the average temperature during the ride was 35C, reaching as high as 44C in the interior. Saturday the temperatures were more humane but the climbs were steeper. All in all, two good rides through beautiful scenery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>22_8<\/strong><br \/>\nThe road to Relleu:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_8.jpg\" alt=\"R001409\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_9<\/strong><br \/>\nA nice country home amid olive and almond trees:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"uploads\/2015\/22_9.jpg\" alt=\"R001413\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>22_10<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ride to Tibi. At this point I have ridden about 25 km and reached an elevation of about 300 m (I live at sea level).
